About me
I am Dr Jo Lilley, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with an honours degree in Psychology (BSc. Hons.) from Goldsmiths College, University of London, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (ClinPsychD) from the University of Surrey and an Advanced Diploma in Disability Psychotherapy from the CPCAB.
With over 25 years of clinical expertise, I believe that psychological support should be as unique as the individual seeking it. My approach blends evidence-based clinical methods with a deeply compassionate touch. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment where growth is nurtured and mental well-being is prioritised through personalised, empathetic care.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and am a chartered member and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Clinical Psychology.
I have worked in both NHS and private settings with people with a range of mental health difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury, trauma, chronic pain and personal and relationship difficulties.
